We will develop your personal diet plan, based on latest nutrition research, and according to your personal needs and circumstances. This will be based on a food diary which we will ask you to write for one week. After an in-depth discussion with you we will, with your help, lay down your diet plan to make sure you know what and when to eat. This plan is easily adaptable, e.g. if you have to work hard or travel a lot.
