Relaxation is one of the key elements of reaching your personal goals. Since we work with body, mind, and soul our sports programme emphasizes this aspect of physical training. Relaxation increases your mental power and your vitality. The relaxation techniques we employ include, amongst others, a variety of breathing and stretching exercises.
These techniques will help you rebalance not just your body but your mind and soul as well!
During a typical relaxation training session we will guide you through self-relaxation exercises, progressive muscle relaxation and breathing exercises. The latter make more oxygen available to your body which can help you concentrate; the muscle relaxation improves muscle tone and is invigorating; the self-relaxation exercises help you concentrate on yourself and get away from it all: you end up needing less time to regenerate and having a stronger immune system.
