As a restaurant manager at the well-known Elysée in Hamburg I had ample opportunity to study the eating habits of all sorts of people with diverse cultural backgrounds. These experiences I have brought to the deCamposs concept, along with those made during a lifetime of participating and training in various sports and the knowledge gained in my career as a professionel personal trainer.
For me, helping others to attain their personal goals is something that never fails to excite.
